How to Sell your Home in Vancouver

“How do I sell my home?” is something we hear quite a bit of from people in #Vancouver.

There are really 4 steps required that we recommend following in order to be able to sell in Vancouver. 

1. Getting your home ready for the market

You want to make sure if there’s any deferred maintenance to take care of that before putting your home on the market. 

Decluttering and cleaning is an important step in this process. You want to be able to show pride of ownership because you do get paid for that. 

Get your home ready by having the whole package together as this will have a better result instead of rushing to the market before. 

2. Choose your realtor

Someone who is active and familiar in your local area would be your best choice —you should be able to trust your realtor. 

3. Pricing

This is a key area to want to make sure you understand as it can throw off the whole process. Come to the market with your home priced correctly.

4. Create a timeline

Creating a timeline or schedule of when you want to have showings and when you want to look at offers, will create a system of organization not only for yourself but for others to have enough time to do their due diligence.
