Vancouver Spring Market - sales picking up

Its just a gut feel but there definately seems to be more homes selling in the past 2 weeks. I have seen alot of homes over the $ 3 million mark starting to pop too.

Looks like we are in the midst of a solid Spring Market here in Vancouver. If you price your home correctly, have your home present well upon entering the market , there is no reason why a sale should not happen inside of a month. Many homes are selling in the 1st week with multiple offers.
